Abstract: With the ongoing development of a standardized schema language for topic maps TMCL, it is necessary to develop tools for creating Topic Maps schemas. One approach could be the development a comfortable text editor which provides syntax highlighting and auto completion. Another approach would be a visual editor, which provides a diagram view and input masks for editing Topic Maps schemas, which is the topic of this paper.
